【台州黄岩区发布购房补贴新政 最高给予房屋成交计税价格0.8%的补贴】财联社6月23日电，台州市黄岩区于6月22日发布购房补贴政策，自2022年6月20日起至2022年12月31日期间，对在黄岩区购买144平方米以下（含）新建商品住房和二手住房的，按房屋成交计税价格的0.8%给予购房补贴；购买144平方米以上新建商品住房和二手住房的，按房屋成交计税价格的0.4%给予购房补贴。（财联社记者 李洁）
