映客6月15日公告，公司董事会建议将公司英文名称及中文双重外文名称由“Inke Limited 映客互娱有限公司”分别更改为“Inkeverse Group Limited 映宇宙集团有限公司”。
更改公司名称须待股东于股东周年大会上通过一项特别决议案批准更改公司 名称，及开曼群岛公司注册处处长授出批准后，方可作实。
