位于钱王街108号的三坊一照壁合院，是清末一品红顶商人王炽在昆明的宅院。王炽出生于弥勒虹溪镇，从白手起家到建立“同庆丰”票号，凭借过人的经商天赋和努力，成为一代传奇，世称“钱王”。钱王街也因此得名。
