中国银河5月24日晚间公告，近日，公司已向银河期货增资人民币22亿元，银河期货已完成本次增资工商变更登记手续，并取得了由北京市市场监督管理局换发的营业执照，银河期货注册资本由23亿元人民币变更为45亿元人民币。
