上证报中国证券网讯（记者 孔子元）中远海控公告，中远海运集团财务有限责任公司（简称“财务公司”）拟进行股权结构调整，公司拟参与本次股权调整，并按照1,378,926,646.36元的价格收购财务公司合计15.1258%股权。本次股权调整后，公司及全资子公司中远海运集运合计持有财务公司的股权比例为22.9688%，是财务公司第二大股东。
