乐居财经讯 刘治颖 5月16日，江苏舜天（600287）公告，控股股东江苏舜天国际集团有限公司（以下简称“舜天集团”）计划自2022年5月16日至2022年12月31日增持公司股份，本次拟增持公司总股本的1%-2%之间。
另悉，本次增持股份计划不设定价格区间，舜天集团将根据江苏舜天股票近期价格波动及市场整体趋势逐步实施增持计划。截止本公告日，舜天集团直接持有江苏舜天股份数约为2.18亿股，占公司总股本的49.24%。
