仪征奎楼社区门口的池塘水质呈绿色，飘浮异物、散发恶臭；导致周边居住的居民平日不敢开窗户。最近天气凉快恶臭味好一点，天气一热恶臭难闻，希望有关部门帮忙解决一下，谢谢！
