据朝中社13日报道，朝鲜12日新增1.8万余例发热患者，6人死亡（其中包括一名新冠肺炎确诊病例）。
报道称，朝鲜从4月底开始原因不明的疾病在全国范围内急速传播，在短时间内出现35万多例发热患者，其中有16.22万多例痊愈。截至目前，有18.78万多例隔离并接受治疗。
