中证网讯（记者 王可）据澜起科技官方微信5月9日消息，澜起科技9日宣布在业界率先试产DDR5第二子代寄存时钟驱动器芯片M88DR5RCD02。该芯片支持的数据速率高达5600MT/s，特别适用于大数据、人工智能、物联网、边缘计算等数据密集型应用。
