【侨报网报道】警方称，周五晚上，一名38岁的MTA工作人员在皇后区过街时被车撞倒，不幸身亡。
根据1010wins报道，周五晚上10点15分左右，拉里诺（Karina Larino）穿过21街和阿斯托利亚公园南路（Astoria Park South）时，被一名73岁妇女驾驶的本田车撞倒，头部、身体受伤。
紧急救援人员把拉里诺送往艾姆赫斯特医院，在那里她被宣布死亡。
据悉，拉里诺在MTA担任清洁工15年，也是一名20岁孩子的母亲。
事故中司机没有受伤，留在现场。警方的调查仍在进行中。
