美国服饰集团G-III Apparel Group近日宣布以2.1亿美元收购德国设计师Karl Lagerfeld同名品牌剩余81%的股权，正式成为品牌完全控股方。G-III Apparel Group同时购入了Karl Lagerfeld中国合资公司10%的股权。此前本土服饰品牌七匹狼在Karl Lagerfeld中国合资公司中持股80.1%。根据最新财报，Karl Lagerfeld于2021年在中国市场实现自2014年以来的首次盈利，营业收入录得2.79亿人民币。
