4月23日0-24时，徐州新增本土确诊病例4例（睢宁县3例，含无症状感染者转归1例；经开区1例，为闭环管理人员；均在市定点医院隔离治疗），新增本土无症状感染者80例（均在睢宁县，已转运至市定点医院接受隔离医学观察）。
