天气日渐转暖，地处塔克拉玛干沙漠腹地的新疆且末县，干部群众纷纷来到县防风治沙站，参与义务植树活动，为沙漠增添绿色。且末县三分之二的面积为沙化土地，从1998年开始，该县打响防风治沙“保卫战”，连续20多年坚持植树造林，在县城与沙漠之间筑起一道“绿色屏障”，当地的生态环境和人居环境得到明显改善。
