集微网消息，据外媒报道，Nexperia（安世半导体）收购纽波特晶圆厂的交易近日获得英国政府批准。
这笔总金额约6300万英镑的并购案于去年宣布，公开信息显示，纽波特晶圆厂目前拥有约450名员工，拥有8英寸晶圆产线，工艺制程0.18微米，月产能3200片，目前主要经营代工业务。（校对/乐川）
