继4月1日开始执行驾照新规后，5月1日起，新修订的《机动车登记规定》也将落地实施，其中对机动车的登记有较大的调整，主要包括机动车的登记与号牌两个方面。
机动车号牌的三个优化：1、新车上牌免检；2、满足条件可实现车牌互换；3、车牌号自编自选。机动车登记的两项调整：1、车辆改装登记可跨省办理：2、非营运载客汽车全国一证通办。收起
