挖贝网 4与11日消息，沙钢股份（002075）发布更正公告，新任总经理钱洪建持股情况出现错误。
4月9日，沙钢股份发布公告称，原总经理蒋建平因工作原因辞职，与此同时，公司董事会同意聘任钱洪建担任总经理。
在聘任公告中，沙钢股份称，钱洪建未持有公司股份。实际上，钱洪建持有4700 股沙钢股份。
4月11日，沙钢股份对此进行更正。
