会话消息平台Gupshup已经收购了面向银行和金融科技公司Active.Ai的会话AI平台。
这是Gupshup在2022年的第二次收购。2月初，该公司收购了云电话公司Knowlarity Communications，后者得到了红杉资本(Sequoia Capital)和梅菲尔德(Mayfield)等投资者的支持。去年9月，Gupshup收购了新泽西州的富通信服务(RCS)初创公司Dotgo。
Active由Ravi Shankar, Shankar Narayanan和Parikshit Paspulati于2016年创立。Ai通过对话式银行服务(CBaaS)平台为43个国家的银行、金融客户提供服务，帮助客户与数百万消费者进行互动。
2019年6月，Active.ai在A轮融资中获得了Kalaari Capital、Chiratae Ventures、Vertex Ventures、宜信控股(Creditease Holdings)和Dream Incubator等公司300万美元的资金。
Gupshup支持跨渠道的会话消息传递的数字商务业务。在客户方面，它支持产品发现、支付、交付跟踪、反馈和支持等功能。
