印度《德干先驱报》（Deccan Herald）3月24日报道，Refinitiv数据显示，印度炼油商纳亚拉能源（Nayara Energy）时隔一年再次购买俄罗斯石油。据悉，纳亚拉能源经贸易商托克公司购买约180万桶乌拉尔原油。纳亚拉能源由俄罗斯石油公司（Rosneft）部分持股。
此外，根据交易员的信息，印度最大的炼油厂印度石油公司（Indian Oil Corporation）也通过招标从贸易商Vitol购买了300万桶俄罗斯石油，交割期为5月。据了解，这是印度石油公司本月第二次购买俄罗斯石油。
