按照晋城市人民政府安排部署，3月21日0时起同步解除封控区、管控区、防范区，疫情防控进入常态化。经研究决定，于3月21日8：00起恢复黄华街（上元街-凤台街）、红星街（建设路-前进路）、文昌街（中原街-泽州路）、泽州路（太岳街-中原街）道路两侧停车泊位收费运营。望车主朋友提高防范意识，做好个人防护。
