据央视新闻，当地时间3月21日，欧盟新一轮外长会在比利时首都布鲁塞尔举行，欧盟各成员国外长将就可能对俄实施的第五轮制裁进行讨论，其中是否对俄实施能源禁运是关键。
据悉，欧盟内部现在对能源禁运问题存在较大分歧，立陶宛等国明确支持，德国、保加利亚等国则表示反对。
