上证报中国证券网讯（记者 潘建樑）意华股份晚间公告，公司拟将所持有的湖南意华交通装备股份有限公司（以下简称“湖南意华”）95%的股权转让给公司控股股东意华控股集团有限公司，转让完成后，公司不再持有湖南意华的股权，湖南意华将不再纳入公司合并报表范围。
