证券时报e公司讯，斯迪克(300806)3月18日晚间公告，公司拟与苏州安洁科技股份有限公司共同出资设立合资公司苏州安迪克氢能源科技有限公司，公司于2022年3月17日与安洁科技就本次对外投资相关事宜签署了《投资协议》。合资公司注册资本拟定为2400万元，其中斯迪克认缴出资1080万元，认缴出资比例为45%；安洁科技认缴出资1320万元，认缴出资比例为55%。此次投资有利于拓展氢燃料电池核心零部件业务。
