集微网消息，据外媒evertiq报道，瑞典工业工具制造商阿特拉斯·科普柯（Atlas Copco）表示，它将收购Ceres Technologies的资产，Ceres Technologies是一家总部位于美国的半导体行业气体和蒸汽输送设备制造商和设计商。

Ceres Technologies自2011年开始运营。除了提供气体和蒸汽输送设备外，Ceres还为OEM和研究机构提供工艺工具的合同制造，并为半导体和工业客户提供工程服务。
此次收购包括两家子公司North Park Metalworkers和Peak Precision Technologies的资产。
此次收购尚需获得监管部门的批准，目前预计将于2022年第二季度完成。（校对/思坦）
