证券时报e公司讯，上机数控(603185)3月17日晚间公告，公司及下属全资子公司弘元新材，与上饶弘业及上饶捷泰就“单晶硅片”的销售签订合同。本合同采取月度议价方式进行，故金额暂未确定。本合同预计2022-2025年销售单晶硅片6.48亿片（上下浮动不超过20%）。参照PVInfoLink最新公布的价格及排产计划估算，预计2022-2025年销售金额为43.42亿元（含税）。
