3月16日，星巴克宣布，总裁兼首席执行官凯文·约翰逊（Kevin Johnson）将退休。董事会已任命霍华德·舒尔茨（Howard Schultz）为临时首席执行官，自2022年4月4日起生效。董事会预计将于秋季之前选出一位新的领导者。
