乐居买房讯3月14日，有长春市居民咨询关于买房提公积金的相关问题，对刚需放开提取公积金做首付款的政策。得到的官方回复是长春市公积金贷款首付款提取政策曾经执行过，允许缴存职工及配偶提取其住房公积金帐户余额支付购房首付款，并可申请住房公积金贷款，不过2020年3月长春市住房公积金管理委员会进行调整，取消公积金贷款首付款提取政策。
