2019年7月11日,郑州大学王瑞强团队在Journal of Cellular Physiology(IF=6.38) 在线发表题为“DLX5 gene regulates the Notch signaling pathway to promote glomerulosclerosis and interstitial fibrosis in uremic rats”的研究论文,该研究发现 DLX5 调节 Notch 信号传导,这可能反过来促进尿毒症的并发症,如肾纤维化,为治疗尿毒症提供了新的治疗靶点。
但是,在2022年3月8日,该文章被撤回,主要原因是结论不可靠。
作者、期刊主编Gregg Fields教授和 Wiley Periodicals LLC 同意撤回。
在作者声明研究过程中出现意外错误,实验结果无法验证后,同意撤稿。因此,结论被认为是无效的。
