近日，市气象局发布了2021/2022年冬季气候影响评价，刚刚过去的冬季（2021年12月1日—2022年2月28日）榆林市气温偏高，降水大部分地方偏少。
从气温看，2021/2022年冬季，榆林市平均气温－4.3℃，较常年同期（－4.8℃）偏高0.5℃，各县区平均气温－5.6～－2.9℃，偏高0.3～0.8℃不等。季内气温呈前高后低，去年12月至今年1月偏高，2月偏低。其中2022年1月平均气温－4.4℃，较常年同期偏高2.7℃，为1971年以来历史同期第四高。
从降水看，2021/2022年冬季，榆林市平均降水量8.9毫米，较常年同期（10.2毫米）偏少12.3％。
