@新华社 微博8日消息，最高人民检察院工作报告显示，2021年，检察机关起诉制售有毒有害食品、假药劣药等犯罪1.1万人，同比上升29.8%。办理食药安全领域公益诉讼3万件，同比上升10%；督促查处假冒伪劣食品48万千克、假药劣药1448千克，同比分别上升26.9%和2.2倍。
