统一企业中国3月7日晚间在港交所公告，2021年集团收益创历史新高，达人民币25,230.6百万元，较去年同期增长10.8%；税后利润人民币1,500.7百万元，较去年下降7.7%，主要受去年同期一次性收益及大宗原物料价格上涨等综合影响。公司董事会将于本公司即将举行之周年股东大会中建议派发截至2021年12月31日止年度末期现金股息每股人民币41.69分（共计股息人民币约1,800.9百万元）。
