证券时报e公司讯，中天金融(000540)3月2日晚间公告，公司全资子公司贵阳国际金融中心近日收到贵州省贵阳市中级人民法院下达的《传票》，恒大人寿保险有限公司以房屋买卖合同纠纷对贵阳国际金融中心提起诉讼。因贵阳国际金融中心未能按期交房，恒大人寿向贵州省贵阳市中级人民法院提起诉讼。截至公告披露日，贵州省贵阳市中级人民法院已受理，尚未开庭审理。
