证券时报e公司讯，中利集团(002309)2月22日晚间公告，近日，公司与华电集团湖北分公司签订《战略合作框架协议》，拟在地面光伏、风电项目，源网荷储、多能互补一体化基地、整县分布式光伏、储能电站开发建设、光伏运维等领域，展开全面合作。规划十四五期间，争取完成500MW左右的项目合作开发或项目并购。
