根据天气预报，我县明天气温将降至零下8度，为了有效应对极端天气对用户供水设施的损害，县自来水公司决定从2月22日16点至23日14点停止供水，停水期间，请用户提前适量储备生活用水，并做好自家用水设施的保温和防冻措施。
