财经网科技2月21日讯，据证券时报消息，华林证券发布公告称，公司已与北京字跳网络技术有限公司签署购买旗下海豚股票App的协议，为了更好地运营海豚股票App及开展客户服务，华林证券拟受让江苏今日头条持有的文星在线100%股权，文星在线为海豚股票App运营主体，本次交易拟作价2000万元。
