乐居买房讯2月14日，昆明克而瑞发布了2021年云南房价地图。
从云南省各地州城市商品住宅均价来看，2021年云南17个重点监测地州城市有8个城市上涨9个城市下跌。其中，临沧临翔区与丽江古城区涨幅较大，分别为9.22%、9.18%；而下跌最多的城市为玉溪·澄江县，下跌11.05%，其次为保山隆阳区下跌9.99%。
