集微网消息，路透报道称德国西门子本周三表示，已同意退出法雷奥与西门子的合资企业，此举将为公司带来约3亿欧元的利润。
2016年，法雷奥和西门子共同建立了合资企业Valeo Siemens eAutomotive，生产电动马达、车桥和动力总成电子设备。
西门子表示，将向法雷奥出售50%的股份，法雷奥将把该业务整合到其动力系统业务中。
西门子称，2022财年第二季度将获得约3亿欧元的正面利润影响，交易预计将于2022年7月完成。
