证券时报网讯，据正邦集团消息，1月30日，正邦集团与江西省铁路航空投资集团有限公司签署不低于100亿合作协议。据介绍，双方将共同出资成立合资公司，在乡村振兴、科技创新、供应链业务、铁路运输和仓储等板块深入合作、协同发展，合作规模不低于100亿。
