格隆汇1月25日丨农业银行(01288.HK)公布，本行于近日收到《中国银保监会关於农业银行刘晓鹏任职资格的批覆》和《中国银保监会关於农业银行肖翔任职资格的批覆》。根据相关规定，刘晓鹏先生和肖翔先生自2022年1月20日起就任本行非执行董事，任职期限为三年。
