据以色列媒体报道，以色列第五波新冠疫情（被称为奥密克戎浪潮）可能即将达到峰值，新增病例数似乎已趋于稳定，新冠重症患者数也趋于稳定。
据以色列卫生部1月24日公布的数据显示，继上周每天新增确诊病例超过7万例后，在最近24小时内新增确诊病例67198例。
在进行的22.5万次新冠检测中，29.63%的结果呈阳性。
新冠重症患者数也呈现出稳定趋势，目前重症或危重症患者有783人，低于周日的792人。
以色列上周报告了104例与新冠肺炎相关的死亡病例，累计死亡病例8447人。
