格隆汇1月19日丨凯知乐国际(02122.HK)公布，于2021年12月28日，Kidsland LCS(公司间接全资附属公司)(作为租户)与业主订立有关该物业的租赁协议(集团于2022年1月19日接获业主签署的租赁协议之签署本)，租期自2021年10月23日至2024年10月22日(包括首尾两日)止为期3年。
该物业为位于香港名为新城市广场(一期)的商场4楼416号舖，该物业由本集团用作经营乐高认证专门店。
