马家达，1969年出生于广东汕头市，受家庭影响幼好书画，尤喜大写意水墨花鸟，1985年开始师从海派画家陈世霖老师，1989年进汕头大学蓬州美术学院就读园林设计专业二年，2012毕业于福建师范大学艺术系设计专业，2021年就读于中国美术学院明清写意花鸟高研班。
