1月11日，世茂集团就近期出售资产事项作出公告。
公告称，无到期应付的资产担保证券，并未就出售上海世茂国际广场订立初步协议。
世茂集团同时表示，公司正与若干潜在买家就出售若干物业进行讨论，在合适条件下会考虑出售部份资产以降低本集团的负债。
