中国网财经1月10日讯 日前，银保监会网站显示，黑龙江庆安农商银行因在2017年违规制定《庆安县农村信用合作联社个人二手房按揭贷款业务管理办法》，并依据该管理办法违规办理的二手房按揭贷款业务严重违反审慎经营规则，被绥化银保监分局罚款50万元。
