在上海嘉定，有一支由冬泳爱好者们组成的冬泳健身团队，成立于1979年，注册会员已达400余名。即便是入冬之后，每天也有几十名爱好者前来锻炼。今天就让我们跟随记者的镜头，去看看这支不惧严寒的冬泳队伍。
