格隆汇12月31日丨皖通高速(600012.SH)公布，公司与关联方宣城市交通投资集团有限公司(“宣城交投”)拟按持股比例增加对宣广高速公路有限责任公司(“宣广公司”)的投资，公司应增加投资人民币15.1378亿元，宣城交投应增加投资人民币12.1522亿元。
