智通财经APP获悉，12月30日，杭州国泰环保科技股份有限公司(简称：国泰环保)申请创业板IPO获受理。国信证券为其保荐机构，拟募资3.2977亿元。
招股书显示，国泰环保主营业务为污泥处理服务，并向成套设备销售和水环境生态修复领域延伸。
