据该公告，于本公告日期，中梁控股累计本金总额达6881万美元的2022年1月票据已被注销。
于注销购回票据后，2022年1月票据的未偿还本金总额为181,190,000美元，占2022年1月票据初始发行本金总额约72.48%。
