沈梦辰，1989年6月13日出生于湖南省吉首市，中国内地女主持人、演员、模特，毕业于湖南大学2006级表演本科班。2008年参加湖南娱乐频道星姐选举并获得最上镜奖、健康体态奖及第一亚军 。2009年进入湖南娱乐频道，并客串参演湖南卫视《丑女无敌》第二季。
