为全面落实便民服务和“放管服”举措，为群众解决工作日检车不便的实际困难，大连交警部门决定从本周起，将便民检测日由每月的最后一个周六的上午，调整为每月的最后一个周六、周日全天，服务时间为早8:00-晚16：00，由各检测机构为市民提供机动车检测业务。
