齐双，吉林省蛟河市拉法街砬前村农民，中国摄影家协会会员。摄影创作30余年，1996年、2013年两次举办个人摄影作品展，摄影作品在各类影赛中获奖。
作为土生土长的“乡村拍客”，他与众多农民摄影家一道，用镜头记录家乡之变，展现乡村之美，讲述自己的乡村振兴故事。
